OSAS Payroll – Changing employees hours or deductions after calculating pay

The Calculate checks function will not erase the hours posted from the first Post Transaction.

You may add hours to checks by entering positive amounts in payroll transactions. You may deduct hours by entering negative hours. After making your corrections print the Time Tickets by Earn Code, Post Transactions and Calculate checks.

The hours from payroll transaction postings are erased when the payroll checks are posted.
